2024 is off to an interesting start. Median home prices have dipped in some communities, while sought-after areas like Falmouth, Cape Elizabeth and Westbrook have seen significant increases. Inventory state-wide is up ever so slightly, and mortgage rates have dipped a bit – let’s hope these trends continue throughout the year!
