Assisting with Financing
This is the very first step in finding your new home. I will provide you with a list of mortgage loan specialists who are true professionals in their field and who provide exceptional service. The loan officer you choose will advise us as to the maximum amount of mortgage dollars available to you. They will also provide us with a pre-qualification letter to present with an offer on a property. This information will assist you in determining your price range and prepare you in advance as to the closing costs for which you will be responsible.

Providing Quick and Full Market Coverage
I will check all inventory by utilizing manual and computerized systems daily. I can show you any property you may see advertised, whether listed with another company or offered For Sale By Owner. For buyer representation purposes, all contact with sellers/brokers MUST be directly from me, on your behalf.

Preparation of Your Purchase & Sale Agreement
I will work with you to customize our standard P&S Agreement to express the precise terms upon which you would complete a purchase. We will also work together to complete the signed documents with the offer, i.e.: disclosure, lead paint addendum, etc.

Assisting with All Steps of a Sales Transaction
I will be with you every step of the way to monitor all contract contingencies, mortgage loan approval, etc. I’ll take you through to a successful closing.

Follow-Up After Closing
You can be assured that our relationship will not end at the closing table. Please always know that I am available to you and stay in touch on a regular basis!
