2025 is off to an… interesting start. Year-to-date sales in Maine as a whole, as well as both Cumberland and York Counties were negative this month. York County’s median selling prices were also negative, and the average days on market were up significantly. While these may be signs of a cooling market, they could also spell opportunity for some buyers and sellers.
